$53,900 or less for one person and $61,600 or less for two people.
What type of apartments are available?
Most apartments are studios. Layouts may vary, and apartments are renovated when they become available.
How long is the wait?
The current estimate is approximately 4 years. Wait times depend on apartment availability, and waitlist placement does not guarantee an apartment.
How do I apply?
Download and complete the official application, then mail it to Nathan Hale Housing Company, Inc., 30 Doxsey Place, Lynbrook, NY 11563. There is no online application form.
Is there a veteran preference?
Qualifying veterans and qualifying surviving spouses may receive admission preference. They do not automatically go to the front of the line.
